Upon your arrival at Marrakech Airport, we will have a short drive to our joining hotel, where we will stay for the night. If you arrive early, take the opportunity to explore the old medina with its narrow alleyways and the famous Djamaa El Fna square. Overnight at the hotel.

This morning, we will begin our journey by crossing the High Atlas Mountains of Morocco, arriving at the historic village of Ait Benhaddou. This village was once a major stop for caravans and has since become a UNESCO World Heritage site. It also serves as a backdrop for many international films, including Gladiator, Prince of Persia, and Game of Thrones.

Not far from Ait Benhaddou is Ouarzazate, a city in southern Morocco known as the « Hollywood of North Africa » due to the number of movies produced in its film studios.

On our way to Boumalen Dades, where we will spend the night, we will pass through the picturesque Roses Valley, an evergreen valley famous for its Damaskina roses. Every year, locals celebrate the harvest with a vibrant festival.

After breakfast, we will head east towards the Sahara. En route, we will pass by the magnificent Toudra Gorges, known as the Grand Canyon of Morocco. After lunch, we will continue our journey to Erfoud, a city famous for its fossils and fossilized marble. We will stop for lunch in Rissani before making our way to the Sahara Desert.

Upon arrival, we will transfer to our camels for a ride over the sand dunes to reach the Berber camp for the night. If anyone is unable to ride a camel, there is the option to take a 4WD (at an extra cost) to drive to the camp. Once we arrive at the camp, you will have some free time to relax before dinner.

After breakfast and a shower at the Berber camp, we will drive through the city of Errachidia and the Ziz Valley, renowned for its date palms. Following this, we will cross the High and Middle Atlas Mountains, which separate the Sahara Desert from the interior regions of the country.

We will then arrive in Fes, the oldest capital of Morocco, where we will spend the night.

Today, we will embark on a guided tour of Fes, the oldest and largest medieval city in the world. Its medina, home to 400,000 inhabitants, relies on donkeys and bikes as the primary means of transportation, creating a vibrant mix of aromas, sights, and sounds.

There are many mosques and palaces to explore, but please note that only Muslims are permitted to enter mosques in Morocco. After visiting the dye pits, tanneries, pottery workshops, and local restaurants, we will return to our hotel to freshen up.

In the evening, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy a traditional meal accompanied by live Moroccan entertainment, including traditional dancing, belly dancing, and magicians.

After breakfast we drive towards Chefchaouen (bleu city) that is a Morocco popular tourist attraction and welcoming town situated in the Rif Mountains just south of the Mediterranean coastline in northwest Morocco. This nice bleu city is known for its traditional buildings. Enjoy a walk to explore the white and blue washed walls of the medina and the markets that offer some unique native handicrafts. Chefchaouen is a fantastic destination for photography with its wonderful views of the Rif Mountains.
We will have dinner in one of the local restaurants at your own cost in the medina before returning back to our Hotel. Overnight in Hotel.

After breakfast, we will travel south to Rabat, the official capital of Morocco. Upon arrival, we’ll embark on a guided tour to explore the highlights of Rabat, including the Royal Palace, Hassan Tower, and the Oudaya Kasbah.

Following our exploration, we will continue our journey to Casablanca, the economic capital of Morocco.

Overnight at the hotel.

Transfer to the airport of Mohamed V in Casablanca to fly Home.
